PAYMENT OPTIONS FOR KREATIV DENTAL ALBURY PATIENTS
1. HICAPS
Kreativ Dental Albury has HICAPS machines that allow us to claim from your health insurer on the appointment day, leaving only the gap to cover.
If you forget your health fund card, we can provide a statement after payment which you can take to your insurer to claim.
We also accept debit cards, credit cards, personal cheques and cash payments.
Payment of your account is due on the day of your appointment.
2. HCF
As an HCF dental benefits member, you may be entitled to a free dental check-up, X-rays, clean and mouthguard every six months.
HCF’s More for Teeth provider network can help you maintain great oral health.
Available to HCF members with selected extras cover, it offers 100% back on a range of diagnostic and preventative services (subject to annual limits).
Claims can be made on the day through our HICAPS machines.

3. BUPA
If you’re a Bupa member with combined Hospital and Extras cover, including general dental, you can look forward to gap-free check-ups, teeth cleaning and preventive treatments when you visit Kreativ Dental Albury.
This includes dental X-rays and custom-fitted mouthguards if these are needed.
All standard Members First benefits still apply to Platinum members, including no gap kids’ dental services and 60% to 100% back on most other dental services, depending on your cover.

5. CBHS
The Dental Choice Network is a group of dental service providers who have committed to reducing or removing the gap for selected preventative dental services that you would usually pay between the dentist’s charges and the CBHS benefit.
Kreativ Dental Albury is part of that network, and by choosing us, you will have no out-of-pocket expenses for these selected services.

6. MEDIBANK
A great place to start your search for a dentist is Medibank’s Members’ Choice Advantage network of dentists.
Members’ Choice Advantage dentists are a select group of Members’ Choice dentists where members with extras cover for two months or more can get 100% back on up to two dental check-ups every year, including X-rays.
You can also visit a Members’ Choice Advantage dentist to get 100% back on a mouthguard each year up to annual limits.

7. DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS’ AFFAIRS (DVA)
We welcome all veterans to our practice and are always happy to provide extra care where it is needed.
Our friendly reception staff will process all accounts on the day of treatment, so there is no need to wait for paperwork.
Should you require DVA transport to and from the practice, please tell our reception staff when booking your appointment.
8. Child Dental Benefit Schedule (CDBS)
Is your child eligible for the Child Dental Benefits Schedule? We can bulk-bill eligible children under the Child Dental Benefits Schedule.
The Child Dental Benefits Schedule is a dental benefits program for eligible children aged 2-17 years. This provides eligible children with up to $1,000 in benefits for basic dental services.
